- 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Apple, peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup Raisins
- 2 Tablespoons Pistachios
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1. In a bowl, combine the oats, apple, raisins, pistachios, cinnamon and vanilla powder. Mix well.
2. Heat the water to a boil in a cooking pot, then add the dry mixture. Cook for one hour, or until the oats are fully cooked. Serve warm with a bit of maple syrup if desired.
