Bilberry Stew


(make eight servings)

  • 2 cups Apple, cubed
  • 1 cup Bilberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pc Vanilla Bean
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • ½ cup Water


1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized cooking pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Cook for thirty minutes, then remove from the stove. Chill in the refrigerator, then serve with your favorite dessert or breakfast.
