Cranberry Relish


(serves eight people)

  • 3 cups Cranberries
  • 2 pc Apple, cubed
  • 1 pc Orange, juiced and Zested
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey


1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized cooking pot and bring to a simmer. Once the mixture reaches a simmer, reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

2. Remove from the heat and cool in the refrigerator for at least four hours. Once chilled, add to your favorite breakfast, dessert or use as a spread on spiced bread.
