Marinated Enoki Mushroom Salad


  • 2 cups Enoki Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Button Mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 pc Garlic, mined
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme, finely chopped


1. Heat an oven to 350⁰F (175⁰C)

2. Place the mushrooms in a small baking pan along with the remaining ingredients. Top with aluminum foil then place in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, then cool on the countertop. Add this delicious recipe to a salad for a unique taste and texture.
