- 3 cups Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Tangelo Sections
- ¼ cup Jalapeno Slices
- ¼ cup Black Beans, cooked
- ½ cup Tomato, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- ¼ cup Monterey Cheese, shredded
1. Line a baking pan with wax paper. Preheat an oven to 400⁰F (200⁰C)
2. Place the nachos on the wax paper, then top with the remaining ingredients.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted. Serve with guacamole and salsa if desired.
