Watermelon Salsa


  • 2 cups Watermelon, finely cubed
  • ½ cup Pineapple, finely cubed
  • 1 pc Shallot, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 dash Tabasco Sauce
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Directions

1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the watermelon, pineapple, shallot, cilantro, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
