- 4 pc Nectarine, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 pc Shallot
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. In a bowl, mix the walnut, nectarines, shallot, vinegar, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Allow to sit 5 minutes.
2. Next, in a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the nectarine mixture for 10 minutes, or until onion and nectarines are tender and lightly browned. Chill in the fridge before serving.
